Richard Jenkins Richard Jenkins
Richard’s areas of expertise are personal resilience, stress and post trauma management, personal and management development, mediation and facilitation. Working in both the public and private sector, he has over 18 years’ experience as a trainer, psychologist and counsellor. As well as numerous qualifications in counselling, hypnotherapy and an MSc in psychology, he is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, the International Stress Management Association and an accredited counsellor and supervisor with the National Counselling Society. He is also a long term member of the Chartered Management Institute. In 2012 Richard supported a project management team as part of the London Olympic Games.

Helena Day Helena Day
Helena has over 20 years of experience in developing, designing and facilitating Leadership Development programmes in the private and public sector. She is skilled in exploring the client’s required business outcome and then devising practical training interventions. Helena also specialises in coaching, action learning and personal development. Her clients are drawn from a diverse range of organisations, including global retail, the banking sector, the Police Service and healthcare. Helena is a long term member of the Chartered Institute of the Management, a Firo B practitioner and has received many commendations for her work and outstanding performance.

George Cooper George Cooper
George was a police officer with Northamptonshire Police for 32 years working on traffic, training, health and safety, the force control room and emergency planning so has seen the full spectrum of the development of resilience within a blue light organisation. Prior to retiring he held the role of Emergency Planning Manager for Northamptonshire County Council for twelve months with enabled him to develop his understanding of the Local Authority role in an emergency. He then took on the role, which he continues to today, as the LRF co-ordinator which includes the training of the strategic and tactical managers and their CPD, county wide exercise development and delivery and the debriefing process. Throughout this time George has been an associate trainer for the Emergency Planning College and delivered a wide range of courses both at the college and offsite and is currently working with shopping centres throughout the U.K. to develop their resilience and how they interface with the emergency services.

Martin Fenlon Martin Fenlon
Martin is highly experienced in Business Resilience. He has worked for many years with the Cabinet Office, Emergency Planning College and at the Houses of Parliament, with responsibility for aligning their BCM programme to the industry standard (ISO 22301). He is also the lead auditor for the UK Cabinet Office Independent Internal Review (IIR) award and has undertaken Independent Internal Reviews of the global insurance group Aviva as well as a number of Government Departments, including No. 10 Downing Street. Martin also delivers BCM training and consultancy in the Middle East and regularly teaches the BCI’s Certificate of Business Continuity Management qualification. Martin holds an MBA, is a PRINCE2 registered practitioner and in 2007 was made a Member of the Business Continuity Institute.
